When you open a multi-day chart using the CSW daily chart, it first checks to see how many trades have happened, and if its more than 2000 it requests minute summaries, instead of individual trades. This helps with heavy volume stocks such as BII.

However, if you are trying to load the 3 day chart before the open, no trades have occurred so far today, and we can make the wrong query. This operation may fail to return the trades, and then your chart will not open. We are aware of this problem and are working on it.

Thanks,
Gerry Rempel
