Thanks for the info. I sold all my shares after I read the extension request. I can't beleive they are going to report a $2.3M loss for the year.

I hope to read some positive signs into the year end announcement or some good reasons for such a loss.

I hope to jump back in under $1. I expect to see the stock react badly once the news comes out across the wires.

What is your take and opinion on this announcement and the future of ADTC.
