That is ridiculous- people can vary in their ability on intelligence tests by 30-40 points depending on when in their lives they take them, their level of fatigue and all sorts of other factors. The idea that you could pinpoint a class of people with a range of IQ's within 10 points is ludicrous. And to further think that these people have a "very unique balance of mind" is even sillier. How have you "found" this? Have you tested enough people to make a significant sample population and then gotten to know them in order to find out is they had a "balance of mind" that you found "very unique". And is "Very Unique" like most unique? I.E REDUNDANT? Or did you merely ask people what their IQ's are? In which case I suggest your findings are unreliable since almost everyone adds a few points to their IQ when telling someone else- unless they had papers which they presented to you (in which case they are probably unbalanced)? I can't believe no one else called you on this. And to think, some people think I am an elitist.
