My point in the last post is not to show that I can say "told ya so", but rather to establish the significance of my recent turn towards a Bullish stance on this company,,,

Here is my recent AOL Post regarding my reasoning for buying TLTK Friday,,,

I have been in a trading competition since 1/29/97 -- rules posted in AOL Shark Board as a result, I post all of my trades within minutes of execution,,, Currently I have concluded 7 trades since begining the competition 1/29/97, 6 winners, 1 loss <for less than 1%> for a total increase of the portfolio value of 55.95% The previous post <on AOL> is my last weekly wrap-up which also describes my purchase of TLTK,,, To get to this post use keyword "traders", enter "Shark attack Boards", select "Holloway Hall of Skeptics #4". BTW all are welcome to Join the trading competition.

My decisions to purchase TLTK were touched on in that post, I will expand briefly here and additionally later this evening,,,

1. There is a fairly effective trading strategy in which you purchase "dogs" -- stocks such as MFN etc. when the company files BK, crashes a plane, <Value Jet>, buy em when they are down & out -- most will bounce,,, See Dr Imbeciles "Portfolio of Dogs" also posted in the Holloway folder,,, This is his strategy, and I think he is running above a 40% gain for less than 2 months presently,,, TLTK IMO has been beaten up at this point and oversold -- not only has it previously found support at these levels, but IMO the bad news is out and factored into price,,,

2. You may recall my post describing what I felt needed to occur for this company to move forward,,, I will re-post it for your review,,, The company invited Cliff and I to visit them and discuss formation of an independent acting Advisory Committee which would have access to all accounting expense/revenue information and regularly audit on-going events. That meeting occurred this weekend. Cliff and I will post more on this later this afternoon/evening,,,

3. As I said prior to meeting with TLTK, I have heard rumors of a TLTK buyout, a logical solution for them considering recent events. IMO a worst case scenario involves a buyout, and IMO the company is valued at more than .875/share, thus a very good buy at present prices,,, Best case scenario they fill their switches with good margin traffic and expand to additional revenue sources from the growth areas in the talc/interment/networking industry,,,

I would recommend those in at higher prices to average their costs down by buying more at these levels as I feel downside risk is minimal and upside risk is significant, and, in the event of a buyout, I would not estimate the company's value at a price per share higher than the "high" levels the stock traded, last year, thus, without averaging down IMO you may lose on a buyout,,,. To quote from the Rev Shark, a well respected internet trader, 'It is not a company that is "good" or "bad" only the decision you make of when to buy and sell,,,'

These opinions are my own, and not a solicitation to buy or sell. Please do your own research before making any decision to trade this company's stock,,,

Cheers Steve
