Given the figures, and given Value Line's long term ratings of both growth and safety, I'd say it is a STEAL at anything under 40. I'm going to buy first thing in the morning. Think it should hit 42 by week's end; then settle at trading range between 42-45 for awhile. IMO. SCHL is the leader in its field. Expertise and leadership usually prevail.
