TRAC - owns 10% of upcoming EDGAR IPO. From Briefing.com: 12:12 ET Track Data Corp (TRAC) 17 5/8 +4 5/8 (+36%): Stock continues to rally since Briefing.com noted on Friday that company has a 10% stake in EDGAR Online, which recently filed for an initial public offering. Today, TRAC shares also being considered sympathy play to rally in online brokerage stocks, as company due to introduce online trading next week. Volume 1.5 mln. Stock currently attempting to break through resistance and intraday high at 17 7/8.
