I think that the announcement was overshadowed by the forecast of lower Q4 numbers. Let's just hope that the selling price is fair. It would be kind of embarrassing to sell NCES for less than $10 when it came public at $9 17 months ago, especially when the company has grown substantially since then. It's just a waiting game.
