edamo,
Hi!!!

RE: ....i think this is what is missing today in the world of the "more educated and less experienced"

Boy is that an understatement...one of the first things that attracted me to Michael Dell was the fact that he took PC's to college...He had desire and a vision..Anything can be made a success if you have the patience and the desire....His father ...from what I gather was against what his dream was..From what I gather....The tenth anniversary of DELL this past Fall was an exciting event....Especially when Michael called his dad up on the stage and asked him if he remembered when they used to argue over what he was planning on doing...Someone wrote and told me Michael mentioned that he has told his father he wanted to be like IBM and that today we are better than IBM...yep, education in the class room ain't the only way to success...Visions and determined efforts are a big part of education that no one can judge except the individual making them.....The perception that many of us have not realized our worth unless we have graduated from an Ivy League school...A total misconception that many educators keep pushing unwanting kids into every day... :o)

Best, Kemble
