Lennart: You are correct. This is not a me versus Steve battle at all. He could stop posting, I could stop posting, and the issue will remain the same:

Did DCHT commit fraud on February 17, 1999 when it announced in a press release expectations of "over $1 million in annual revenue going into the millennium" from a contract with "Antaeus Corp.", a company that appears not to exist in any meaningful sense?

If Antaeus, despite all the evidence so far, actually existed at that time and had enough financing in place that DCHT's projections were reasonable, then the company and its shareholders have absolutely nothing to worry about, other than the normal worries about a company's business prospects.

If the press release was a fraud, then yes, there is something very serious to worry about. Even if the SEC doesn't stop trading right away, which it might, would one want to own stock in a company with a management that would do that?

That is what I would think a shareholder should think about, not which poster is saying what.

Unless Steve or the company puts out more information about Antaeus, or until DCHT releases its long awaited audited financials, or some other significant new item comes out, I expect I'll go back to lurking.
