Well, maybe it was just a very long lunch. Mikey seems rather obsessional about lunch, doesn't he. We've read of his gustatory adventures with Charlie Kricfalusi, and now:

7 THE WITNESS: Where we were going to have lunch.
8 MR. LANDISH: Stand up.
9 THE WITNESS: Sorry, your Honor. Where we are going
10 to have lunch.
11 COURT RECORDER: Could you move over to the
12 microphone, please.
13 THE COURT: Why did you need documents?
14 THE WITNESS: I didn't have any documents.
15 COURT RECORDER: I can't hear you, please.
16 THE WITNESS: Your Honor, I didn't have any
17 documents. We wanted to decide if we were going to go --
18 THE COURT: But you understand my instructions?
19 THE WITNESS: Yes, I do, your Honor.
20 THE COURT: All right.
21 THE WITNESS: Because Mr. Landish wanted to go
22 someplace on Flamingo and David said we might not have enough
23 time because it's 20 minutes there and back. And then I said
24 what about the Golden Nugget.
I wonder where they decided to go. And what they ate...
