As far as I can figure it is because there was a drop in the earnings forecast for this and next quarter. Still the earnings aren't bad - an over-reaction, IMO. The company has been highly profitable and sales have grown nicely. A detraction, if you want to look at it that way, is that as the company has increased sales of PC related products rapidly, that has cut gross margins down, as could be expected. I think it is very undervalued at this point but I don't know what or when the catalyst will be to make it rise up from the ashes. If earnings come in lower than expected it could get hit. But if the next quarter is the bottom of the downward revision trend, then it should start to rise as questions about the direction of the company are eased. I guess I would sum it up as "agressive accumulate" - buy it over the next few months, more if it starts to show improvement but don't expect it to move up right away. It could catch fire today or next fall.
