@Home is now able to use the USB port. If your computer has one, then there is no need to open up the computer. But even if you didn't, it only takes about 5 minutes to remove the screws that hold on the cover, slide in the ethernet card, and screw the cover back on. Maybe I am missing something, but it seems to me that the majority of the technicians time is used to run the cable lines in the house. bodie
