Here you go Bill ... Gary, can you shed any light on Ewert's suit against NovaGaz, Arcon, etc, and how everything worked out? From my understanding the civil suit last June won a default judgement. Also, what specifically is Ewert allowed to do? Whatever he wants to they are his patents and his equipment ... the patents are 5,679,117 & 5,679,118 ... The site for the patent is 164.195.100.11 Continue to make plants for anyone he wants? Yep and sell them but the agreement I have in hand is for the exclusive rights to CNH Holdings ... Are the current plants OSHA compliant? Not sure but will check on that and update you when I get the information. However, the plants are producing octane enhancer for Refinery Consultants in Kentucky What are CNH Holdings marketing plans? All I can say right now is they are trying to get the plant to Baytown as quick as possible ... get it set up to the tanks and start producing product ASAP. I will let you know when the plant arrives. Once it does I am going to Baytown with my camera .. Will they re-submit the additive to EPA, Exxon, Texaco, Arco for testing? The product has a EPA registration issued to to Refining Consultants Inc. As far as testing I can not talk about that.
