Well, of course I didn't mean that Penni is an airhead. Far from it. I think Penni is a very wise woman, and a very smart broad, and a wonderful writer, and a lot of fun, an unusual package, and one to treasure.
Maybe engineers flock to me because I don't mind the geekiness. My dad is kinda geeky, he is a dentist, and some of my fondest memories from my childhood involve such experiences as his using my mother's favorite pot to boil a cat scapula for anatomy class in dental school, or later, helping him work on his racing cars. I think smooth men are worthy of suspicion, and I have learned never to trust a man who dyes his hair, much less has a permanent, men who dress very well or wear slip-on shoes, especially alligator and snake-skin. |
