I'm not an investor in Network Appliance. So I recant the
chicken-out statement, since as you state, I have no proof other than
this quote from the report on bakeoff.ircache.net

"We feel that the benchmarking results are more useful when there are
more results to compare. At the same time, however, we take it as a
compliment that our benchmark was taken very seriously, and perhaps
even feared, by these companies."

So ignore my previous posts, the benchmark must be rigged or tests
non real world conditions as someone else stated.

By the way caching.com is a site that has alot of
information on caching appliances and proxy caches, but of course
this information could also be biased.
