Allen,

Why does management refuse to support its stock? Part of running a public company is supporting your shareholders. Yes, Kraber appears to have done a nice job controlling expenses and keeping margins healthy, but what grade would you give him controlling Wind River's relationship with Wall Street?

I agree that small caps are in a bear market. But no stock has suffered more than WIND when you consider there has been no bad news (that is public at least) and the company's financials look strong.

And I find it hard to believe that the dismal performance of Wind's stock is not affecting their business. At minimum, their hiring/retention of employees must be suffering. After all, nearly all options grantees from the last 2 years have options that are worthless. And all ESPP participants are actually losing money.
