As you know I am a long term investor, so I don't know from these
day to day price fluctuations, however, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in brokering a counter offer to Arch. Therefore, please transmit the following to Arch Crawford.

I have been in the computer business formally since 1965.
You either know what you are talking about, or you get OUT!
I have been known to put opinions on SI quite often.
I will once again when there is OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE in
my FUNDAMENTAL work, as there is NOW, that by the end of 1997 Intel will be above where it CLOSES TOMORROW.
I will GUARENTEE it will be higher by the end of the year to the
tune of a $100 BILL to Arch Crawford only, for EVERY POINT
deviation from where Intel closes tomorrow.
If on 31 December 1997 Intel is below where it closes tomorrow, I will give Arch Crawford $100 for each point below. However, for every point above where Intel closes tomorrow, he must give my a $100 BILL. Of course all calculations will be on Intel split adjusted.
Please convey Arch"s acceptance, or refusal, of this challenge by noon tomorrow.
