It is rather convenient, to say the least, that the positive news article appears shortly before earnings are announced in light of the 144 intent-to-sell filings by senior company officers. It certainly provides an opportunity to take advantage of an emotional panic to buy the common shares by the retail crowd and distribute shares to them at higher levels than that which may be the case after earnings, or lack thereof, are announced.
