The only problem with that scenario (funds unloading) is the lack of sophistication. By keeping WIND's head under water and denying every attempt at a rally, you erode your own price targets. Better to let it breathe occasionally...unless some pending news is that ominous. Would appear a lot of shorting going on as well, on virtually every uptick. Anyway probably a combination of factors... Nothing like strong, silent types, it's fine in a Gary Cooper movie, a little irritating from a publicly traded company.
