Sorry to be so dense. In other words, Ewert can only sell machines to CNHH, and to no one else. Probably some non-performance escape clause, but in general an exclusive agreement? Also, any improvements upon the plant design made by CNH belong to who? CNH? Ewert? What happened to Spriggs' pending patents? Did Ewert get them?
