No diplomacy involved, unless Clinton believes diplomacy is giving in; depends on the definition if "is is". Where is Congress in such a HUGE action that affects our nation, why isn't there a call for an emercency session? Clinton is using the executive branch to make decisions that need to be supervised by the congressional and judicial branch. If he is so concerned about this area of the world, what about the other areas of the ethnic cleansing going on?
