Rainer, I dont know how it works in Germany but public recomendations in the states cause upward (and downward) price movement all the time. There is nothing illegal about this unless the firm (or individual) closes their position in the resultant buying or selling created by their recommendation. This is called "front running".

This would be very similar to an individual going short a stock (like Zmax) and then attempting to cause selling by trashing it (or the company recommending it) in a public forum (like the web).
Illegal...no. Scummy and dis-honest...yes.

Rainer, are you short Zmax?
