I'm with you on that one southbound. This stock does the strangest thing; it will trade 100K plus in a few minutes, then almost appear like it's halted, and not trade a share for what seems like minutes. I don't have Level II, but this seems kind of weird. Anyone out there have better insite as to why this seems to happen often with NAVR? Thanks in advance!
