HRAKA-

In my opinion, the Edgar-Online IPO can't be worth too much to TRAC. Edgar-Online had $2mm in revenue last year. What are their growth prospects? Obviously there will be growth, but who really uses it besides online-type traders? Most institutional traders have Bloomberg; and there is already competition with FreeEdgar. I'd be surprised if a 10% share was worth more than $30 million, or $2 per share to TRAC.

Of course, there are other explanations for TRAC's recent run-its upcoming online trading, etc. I'm starting to build a short position in anticipation of a pullback next week.
