19 A. The stock price was going down so considerable,
20 Mr. Kricfalusi said he has a gentleman that can help in the
21 sale of our products through a distribution network that
22 Mr. Typher had -- he's in a similar company -- and that this
23 would increase company profits and therefore have -- bring
24 more interest into the stock.
25 Q. Did -- what did Nextech do with respect to Amazon?

1 A. What Nextech did absolutely nothing because the first
2 lunch meeting we had with Mr. Typher he wanted us to give him
3 a whole bunch of shares for his efforts and we wouldn't do
4 that because we don't do that*.
5 Q. And we're in litigation with Mr. Typher; is that correct?
6 A. That is correct.
7 Q. I believe we've also filed a third-party complaint
8 outlining the activities of Mr. Kricfalusi in that case?
9 A. That is correct.

11 already been referenced to the Court's judicial notice, and I
12 would simply ask that the Court also take judicial notice of
13 the third-party complaint against Charles Kricfalusi.

1 What is his relationship to Mr. Kricfalusi?
2 A. In February of 1998, Charles Kricfalusi introduced us to
3 Camino, a gentleman in New York that was supposedly a broker
4 who retired who had very good contacts with Barry Sterns**** to
5 bring Barry Sterns in as a market maker in our stock.
6 Q. And did that occur?
7 A. NO.
8 Q. Is there any litigation right now with Mr. Camino?
9 A. NO.
10 Q. Is there going -- do you intend to file any action against
11 Mr. Camino?
12 A. Yes.
13 Q. And James Noryian***?
14 A. In February 1997 Charles Kricfalusi introduced us to James
15 Noryian as another party such as Wellrich who could do a
16 private placement. What James Noryian did was he went ahead
17 and sold stock and he collected money for the stock but never
18 delivered and never gave Amazon Natural Treasures the money
19 and issued photocopy certificates to the people on -- listed
20 in evidence there is a sheet that Bruce Judd put into evidence
21 of 680 or 610,000 shares that are supposedly 144 registration
22 stock to be sold. That is the example of what James Noryian
23 did by issuing photocopy stock that he did not pay the company
24 for and the company has no record of that stock being issued
25 to those people who submitted to their brokers under a 144

1 filing and they show up on the Internet even though they're
2 not registered certificates.
3 Q. Have you taken any legal action against Mr. Noryian as of
4 this date?
5 A, We can't find him. I believe he's in Arabia.
