Bigscore; I see some agenda by Jay Taylor here. The company is under no legal obligation to release any proprietary data at any time. they do have to release financial data on quarterly bases, and any other data released must be sent to all shareholders equally, as a press release, or mailout so all will receive it at the same time. Companies are also required to report certain data on production. Not on small test runs/samples. In addition that data has to be gotten from the public reporting agency that GPGI reported it to. As a couurtesy they might give this data to any asker as past reports are public domain. He is right in that companies should be easy to communicate with regarding data that is public, but may be hard to access by most of us. At the experimental stage premature data release can justmake the shares move arratically, as a good test makes them go up, bad makes them go down. there is a risk that some regulatory body will view that as share manipulation. There are lots of managed scams where they shares go up/down/up/down/up/down and so on on press releases of this nature, so management is wiisely not doing it.
There is an old saying from the baseball great, "it ain't over 'till it's over". Well the testing 'isn't done 'till it's done'.
The company should probably issue some sort of pres release from time to time on a regular basis, like once per month make a recap press rlease with what has happened for the past month. Ths same time each month. It could be posted to the website and to broker channels.
