PW: I do believe it. When you consider that the CEO very often is one of the largest shareholders, if not the largest, they do have an interest in talking even to individual investors. Personally, I'll say that I have not called to even try to talk to the top brass at any company, but not because I think it's impossible. I'm just afraid I'd get tongue tied and end up sounding ignorant. But one of these days I will get on the horn and call someone, just for the experience and info.
