I can tell there is some animosity on this board. It's really too bad because the company is getting good press right now which means others will be coming here to check out the opinions. In addition, the stock is in a positive breakout on a T/A chart. It would seem to me that even if holders of adtc don't get shares in a spin-off they would still benefit from a solid IPO.
