Let's do a little zoom and take a closer look at THIS:

18 delivered and never gave Amazon Natural Treasures the money
19 and issued photocopy certificates to the people on -- listed
20 in evidence there is a sheet that Bruce Judd put into evidence
21 of 680 or 610,000 shares that are supposedly 144 registration
22 stock to be sold. That is the example of what James Noryian
23 did by issuing photocopy stock that he did not pay the company
24 for and the company has no record of that stock being issued
25 to those people who submitted to their brokers under a 144

Well, by definition 144 stock is unregistered. Sheesh. But what's this nonsense about "photocopy certificates"??? I thought it was Mikey who had problems with that independent-minded copier, lolol.

Of course, everybody's lying except Mikey. Snicker wink nudge!! We ALL know that there are only 780,000 "real" shares of AZNT.

Seriously: Mikey seems to have a genuine problem (similar to Gary Dobry's) distinguishing between what's "real" and what he "wants to believe". But let anyone imagine I feel sorry for him, forget it: in my opinion, he's very likely delusional (did he take care of all 10,000 bottles of Super Guano all by himself?), but when he involved himself in the Mann deal he knew exactly what he was doing.

The transcripts make that very clear.
