The thing that jumped out at me most in the annual report (other than that I though it was well done and informative) was the admitted weakness in the "data-centric packet area". What I was wondering is if they do a merger or purchase, WHO could it be? Would it be someone who we've heard of? Or is it more of Tellabs style to take a smaller company with the right technology and no presence and add the Tellabs name to get credibility?

For the demographic record, I'm married, pregnant (at least my wife is!), and I've never been to Wisconsin.
