SO, Even with this Nasdaq breakout the internals have not improved much. Volume wasn't that heavy as normally associated with breakouts. New lows still exceeded new highs (179 vs 131). More issues declining than advancing (2171 vs 1920). It's amazing how the indexes keep setting records without broad participation.
