Cacaito, I don't want to talk about possible zero deaths in treatment any more than you do but supposed low mortality has to come from somewhere. During epidemics and emergency conditions with trial of possible lifesaving proportions could clinicians be blinded or biased to regular judgement and admitting say G 5's or so? Could this also be self perpeturating if less mortality and big improvement in some kids seen in trial the more they try to get kids in? Wouldn't this get us lower mortality in placebo also because of possible lower G's? Warning, this is shear speculating and thinking outloud on my part. Only my thoughts and opinions. George, you got any ideas?
