Is Briefing.com written by a bunch of dolts, or is it just me? They have consistently been bearish on the equips and bullish on the net stocks. No FA whatsoever! Now they're slamming Lam. from briefing.com Investors also got excited by Merrill suggestion that Novellus (NVLS 58 5/8 +3 1/2) might consider buying Lam Research (LRCX 33 13/16 +4 13/16)... Don't put a lot of stock in the comment (as we can't see why NVLS would want LRCX), but conditions were perfect for merger-related story.
