um, What exactly did Wal-Mart get out of this settlement? "We got what we wanted, and we feel like we got it in a much more timely manner than we would have gotten through the court proceeding," said Wal-Mart spokeswoman Betsy Reithemeyer. It sounds like total capitulation to me. Maybe Wal-Mart gets relief from additional increases in its legal bills. How do you read it, HJ? Tom
