Another customer....

I guess what ripped the stock price was Cascade's mention (according
to the previous news article 2430) of frame relay growth slowing to 30%.
And people assuming all Cascade's business is frame relay. Im not in
this field of backbone communications but my question is does
Cascade's adding of Quality of Service (QoS) to frame relay, is that
a big deal? I assume companies were changing to ATM partly because of
ATM QoS capability.
