Lane:

By the way, it's also fun to run scenarios based on certain price targets for TURF, once it starts trading. Here are a few:

If TURF hits 35, then TURF market cap is $567 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is worth $437.7 million ($30.96 per DLIA share).

If TURF hits 40, then TURF market cap is $648 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is worth $500.3 million ($35.38 per DLIA share).

If TURF hits 45, then TURF market cap is $729 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is worth $562.8 million ($39.81 per DLIA share).

If TURF hits 50, then TURF market cap is $810 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is worth $625.3 million ($44.23 per DLIA share).

And so on--.

Only thing missing from your analysis is the discount Mr. Market will assign to DLIA's TURF holdings....usually it's around 40%

Something to ponder....IVIL trades at 153x trailing revenues. Slapping that kind of PSR on TURF implies a market cap around $600 million or $37 a share. Looks to me like today's close on DLIA is discounting a price of around $89 on TURF.
