Actually, I meant "rate", or more appropriately "amount", but if you believe that the S-3 will be filed immediately (and that it will immediately become effective), then it's probably a moot point at the current market price. The market obviously seems to be taking the news quite well. I just like to see actual terms on any new financing. Just a personal preference, I guess.
