NCES is a good company in a very popular industry right now, they are however, a victim of their poorly managed parent company. What has happened with Nov hurt a lot of stockholders, employees, and investment firms - this does not go overlooked. The sooner NCES is sold, the better, and I agree its just a matter of time. Some PEO could really take this company bigtime, nov however would run it into the ground. Go Aflac. Mike
