There is never a shortage of tyrants- the USSR had several- will it be NATO's mission to clip the wings of those future tyrants (in Russia) too? This "definition" if one can call such a fuzzy wuzzy "mission" defined, is ludicrous. You might as well say "Nato will clip the wings of whomever it wishes, under current expedience to define as a tyrant, as long as they are smallish and weakish". The great powers of NATO can be proud to march behind this standard. I know the American people will want to send their boys over to die in Yugoslavia's civil war now that we KNOW who the REAL tyrant is.

I might remind you that calling Milosevich "The Slob" is exactly the kind of propaganda the Serbs use against the Albanians and vice versa. It is a crude device to vilify your enemy, aimed at rallying the ignorant. It will probably work well on your friends and neighbors who are not on the net and are ill-informed but I hardly think it will work here. Most of us are educated enough to know this situation is not clear cut- present company excepted of course.
