James, I have not found anything that indicates BNYN has stated they intend to spin BNYN. Have read that they want to improve shareholder value etc, as well as broker rummors going around for months on the switchboard ipo. Thus the switchboard ipo is rumor & speculation. Should it happen (and it may) there is not doubt that BNYN would go higher. Please correct me if I have missed something (news release or comments by a officer of the company stating that they will spin switchboard). Regards, Mad2
