mace has filed a filing extension on their earnings, and on the extension they state they will have a loss of a little less than 1 mil, which is less than last year, but what troubles me is the statement that the ceo is ill which i know is not true, and also that they have filed 4- s3 which is selling shares 4 time since the end of the year. this company looks like its getting scammed, and shareholders are along for the ride. i beleive this company is an excellent short at this time and i have shorted a bunch at 7 3/16 i hope the stock goes down but good luck to all. in my 15 yrs of dealing stocks i have never seen good news when a extension is filed. intd, twti, dcgr inno come to mind kw
