Wife has a job. 50k a year she spends on hobbies. That's where I get health insurance.

I could have mortgaged the house but what if I had lost the money? Cash Hon. Cash is king. I own this place, well my wife does but I can paint it without asking. No payments on the house, vehicles or boat. The bank ain't my partner.
