The company is obligated to report production and sales info. to the US Geological Survey (previously the US Bureau of Mines). However this info is exempt from the Freedom of information act and is not available to the public for individual producers unless the company signs a waiver. Some state agencies also access this info. but again it is not available to the public. Tim Hall
