man, oh, man ... taxes are so painful ... just got off the phone with my CPA. Sue, the LEVL calls will take me thru the split, two quarters of earnings and the finalization of the buyout where one gets .43 shares of INTC for each share of LEVL. Taking advantage of the 7 percent arbitrage discount in their prices at the time of the fill. I intend to exercise for INTC shares or make out like a bandit on the calls or go down in a flame of blazes if the deal falls thru. I'll post if I bail early.
