I just read the press release. It says MRC Realty expects to make $12 million annually through offering OKNI's solution.
I just wish they would not have left out the (to my mind) crucial information:
1) How much does this cost each subscriber. That way I, along with every potential user of this service can make a comparison.

2) Where will the profits to okni come from? MRC? The fee paid by the subscriber? Advertisements?

3) What is the solution being provided? We know okni is capable of delivering dsl and cable. Well it sounds like, but doesn't say this is a dsl thing. If so, who is going to pick up the $300 tab for the dsl modem? Not to mention the customer assistance and other support required to configure all these modems and computers. Jeez, maybe it will be a set top box. Actually who knows what they are providing.
