FWIW I don't doubt you are clean. You are not the point of the SEC call. The call is going to be about J/L. There was a clear pattern of leaks and rumours surrounding Naxos during their relationship with J/L. As has been discussed here at length those rumours were invariably traced to people associated with J/L. This pattern now appears to be repeating itself with MGAU. I feel the SEC should monitor the action in MGAU. Believe it or not I'm doing this with as much intent of being a 'good samaritan' as you had.
