Tom I have taken a position today in BKS,and have been confused however regards it's inability to break-out. But I just caught something on CNNfn that made me wonder have been missing some legal issue going on with BKS and their spin-off? Unfortunately I was not really listening,all I heard was something about the spin-off being approved is a certainty,and something about this being because the matter of keeping the financials of the spin-off seperate is resolved.(or will be?) This is a bad report on my part for sure,as I simply didn't catch every word,but just thinking that you or someone else knows what this CNNfn chattering was about.Max90
