If your assumption is correct and they had
1 million revenue in 1Q
and .5million profit in 1Q

Then at 14 million shares outstanding

and a conservative P/E of 15

we get

.5 million profit/ 14 mi. shares = .0357 cts/sh

x 4 quarters = 14 cents per share profit for the year (assuming no growth)

at a P/E of 15

14 cents x 15 PE = $2.14 per share.
