Please don't confuse RS with becoming a reporting company. It is essential they they meet SEC requirements, regardless. They do not need to have a RS in any event. The NASDAQ listing is another question. As an aside, I agree with Barbara that the "Skip" controversy is way overblown. However, I encourage all, including Barbara, who seems too forgiving in this reporting question, to put pressure on the company to register their views. We were told last year that the filings would be made in January. As an old holding curmudgeon long, the BS is no longer tolerable.
