FWD, I also write out my questions before calling. Like you, my oral communication is impaired, though I can read aloud OK. I also found company people quite willing to discuss issues. One additional thought: try to avoid the investor relations people. Their job seems to shield the company from lawsuits. If you can talk with the a "player", you'll get further. Hope this helps, PW
